is currently one of our holding’s main business activities. We particularly deal with investments in the reconstruction of valuable architectural objects and apartment blocks in the largest and most significant cities of the world. Apart from essentially upgrading the buildings and interiors themselves, we also improve the surrounding area of the object; this particularly includes expanding the infrastructure of the given grounds. By keeping their unique historical and architectural appearance, we grant a second life to centuries-old sites.

Over the course of the reconstruction, we consider options of dividing buildings into separate units (suite of rooms and flats). Such an approach allows our investors to expand their opportunities - clients can both sell objects by parts or rent them out. Our completed projects are ideally suited for creating commercial apartment buildings and hotel industry.

During the process of reconstruction, we will keep the historical appearance of the building and its main elements and at the same time optimize the internal space. As a result, we will achieve an increase in value of the building itself, alongside with getting a ready-made variant of rental business.

The given project is a perfect combination of modern technologies with the cultural heritage of the Czech Republic. The building is situated in the very centre, in Prague 2 district and blends in harmoniously with the surrounding infrastructure. Different museums and the famous Václavské náměstí are within walking distance. The facade of the object is decorated with the crest of Královské Vinohrady that symbolizes the city’s power as well as its pride - wine.

The aim of the project is to create a comfortable place for conducting professional activity. It involves unique design and architectural solutions, which make this building ideal for rental business.
